Systems Engineer and Project Manager
We are looking for Systems Engineers and Project Managers in the Defence industry, or those with relevant qualifications, skillsets and experience than can translate into Defence, for our upcoming opportunities in Canberra, ACT and Adelaide, South Australia.
Interested applicants MUST be an Australian Citizen with a current security clearance and have an Engineering Degree related to field of expertise.

Experience/Skills Sought:
As the successful candidate you will possess experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Defence System Engineering, Maritime, Army or Geospatial Capability understanding, Defence project experience and T&E planning
Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality capability documentation to enable the project to attain IMR, IOC, and FOC on time and budget.
Demonstrated high-levels of self-motivation and ability to work under limited supervision to achieve directed project/capability outcomes
Demonstrated strong communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and management.
Essential:
A Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Software Engineering
Must have NV1 Clearance to apply
Engineering experience within the Defence environment (preferably CASG project engineering and planning)
Systems Engineering experience within Defence (preferably on large complex systems)
Knowledge and familiarity with systems safety, security and managing technical risk.
Experience with communication systems in a military environment
A good understanding of the Defence Capability Life Cycle
A strong track record in Systems Engineering
ISR/C4i technology experience and knowledge
Strong analytical and interpersonal communications skills
Understanding of ASDEFCON processes and Defence contracting
Strong commitment to achieve stakeholder success
Highly desirable:
Maritime, Geospatial or Army background
Previous experience in developing safety cases, and other engineering technical certification documents
Previous experience in network projects
CASG / CDG or Defence industry background
Acceptance and or Operational T&E planning, coordination and certification experience
Network and/or Data Security Accreditation experience
